Some class ideas to whet your appetite:
- The classic pasta by hand (tagliatelle, ravioli, cappelletti & lasagna)
- Pizza from scratch using in the outdoor wood burning oven (always a hit!)
- Bread making
- Fresh Sausage from scratch
- Antipasti & desserts
- Classes on technique/fundamentals: soups, sauces (for example tomato, cream, oil & vegetable), fish & meat (fish for example 3-4 different techniques: fish in salt crust, baked sardines, fried sardines & sauteed mussels)
- “Full Menu” in our full day class - learn 2 -3 antipasti, a primo, secondo & dolce! As we make each course we will dine on what you have just created!
